Sometimes you just gotta dance!

So I don't really know why, but today was a very trying, emotional day.  I'm not gonna lie, I cried a little.  But then I thought, "how did I used to handle stress" like before family.  So I did some unhealthy ways of coping with stress that will go unmentioned, but I know I had other methods of de-stressing.  I would exercise or even better yet DANCE.  Well after making sure the blinds were drawn of course. No free shows here....lol. I'm sure the neighbors would think I was crazy if they cold see in!   I'd blare my favorite music and just dance.  I didn't worry about my rhythem or how I looked.  It was mostly goofy moves that I would never do in front of anyone, but I would dance until I got tired and laughed myself into a better mood.  And that's just what I did tonight!
